STEP ​#1

BRIEFING

We need some information in advance:

Where is the object located?
What kind of object is it?
Are there any special features to consider?
When should we scan?
If outdoor areas are to be scanned as well, the weather should of course be suitable.

STEP ​#2

CLEAN THE PROPERTY

Because that is the disadvantage of our high-resolution cameras: You see everything.
The rooms should be clean and tidy.
Personal photos should be removed or turned over. 
We also take a look around before scanning. 

STEP ​#3

We scan the property

We start with the three-dimensional recording of your property.
This can take a few hours depending on the size.
When scanning, we prefer to be alone, because that's the fastest way and if a person walks through the picture or is even visible in a mirror (window pane), we have to repeat the scan. 

STEP ​#4

post-editing

The scans are merged into a 3D tour.
We set (if desired) hotspots with information or links. 
Determine the starting point in the plan and provide you with the data for integration on your website or for sharing in the social networks.
If required, we generate floor plans from our data or
set up the 3D tour on Google Maps for you.
